Applicants should demonstrate strong leadership qualities, sound judgement, and a deep understanding of regulatory expectations within children’s and health & social care settings.

Essential Qualifications & Professional Requirements

We welcome applications from individuals who are:

• Qualified to a minimum of Level 5 in Health and Social Care, with progression toward Level 7 or equivalent leadership qualifications strongly preferred
• Holders of relevant safety and compliance certifications, including:
  • Fire Risk Assessor Certification
  • NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for HSE
  • Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) competency
  • Water Risk Assessment (WRA) competency
• Experienced, with a minimum of 2 years’ proven practice in HSE, Fire Safety or in health and social care, children’s services, safety compliance, or related operational roles
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing
• Caring, empathetic, and dedicated to improving outcomes for children, young people, and vulnerable individuals
• Committed to continuous professional development, reflective practice, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislation, standards, and best practice
• Able to demonstrate alignment with our core values, vision, and mission, contributing positively to a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence
